Triggers help you automate processes. You set the conditions for an action you want to take place. They work with forms and pipelines so it is suggested you view those lessons as well.

Integrations

Third party applications are used to facilitate communication between the CRM and client or lead. Twilio is used for phone calls, voicemail, and texts and Mailgun is used for emails. Once your accounts are set up, you will provide us with your unique account identifiers so that you can get started.


First, let's start with a video to help you with Facebook Ads.


Communicate with your clients via SMS and voice calls.  This is a third-party application that is required in order to send/receive texts and phone calls in My Medicare Helper.

Please note that although you can create a free trial, you may have to sign up for a subscription for certain functionality. This will not be billed through My Medicare Helper. 

Use Mailgun to send and receive emails. You can start off with a free trial but you will have to upgrade to a paid subscription to reply to emails. This is billed directly through Mailgun
